Rich Joseph, MD is the founder of The VIM Life, where he practices a version of preventive, holistic care that he dubs Performance Medicine. He partners with clients along their journey towards improved health, performance, and self-development. Prior to his medical training, Rich worked as a CSCS certified personal trainer. His background in athletics and training informs his vision of a model for holistic health and wellbeing that bridges the gap between the health and fitness industry and preventive primary care. Rich received his medical degree from Stanford School of Medicine and his business degree from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston, MA.
