Comparison · for practices of one to five practitioners
Levels Pro vs Heads Up Health
Levels Pro is a comprehensive metabolic health platform for practices: glucose, labs, sleep, activity and food in one client record, summarized by AI. Sensors are $99, no prescription. Heads Up is a data dashboard that reads whatever devices and labs your practice already sources.

The short answer
Heads Up shows you the data you bring. Levels Pro brings the data.
Heads Up connects the wearables, lab PDFs and EHR records your clients already have into one branded dashboard, with custom reference ranges and an AI copilot. It sells no sensor, orders no lab and teaches no client. Levels Pro ships the Stelo, draws the panel, scores each meal and writes the session prep, on a narrower set of inputs. One needs you to bring the sensor, the lab and the lesson plan. The other ships them.
Levels Pro fits when
You want a program, not a project
- You want the sensor and the lab panel shipped and drawn for you, not sourced by your front desk.
- You want glucose interpreted for the client, meal by meal, with education in the app, not a threshold alert.
- You want the platform fee published and flat. $199 a month, no onboarding fee, unlimited clients.
- You want outcomes you can cite. 62,236 members, cohort sizes published, limitations stated.
Heads Up fits when
You already have the data
- Your clients arrive with Oura, Whoop, InBody, DUTCH tests and a folder of old PDFs, and you want one screen for all of it.
- You want your logo, your domain and your reference ranges on the dashboard.
- You already source CGMs and labs and only need somewhere to put the results.
- You run Elation, Cerbo or AdvancedMD and want records pulled in.

What the platform costs you
What a sensor costs your client
Heads Up entries come from headsuphealth.com, its help center and its platform docs, read September 2026. They describe what Heads Up publishes. Where they publish nothing we say "not published" rather than claim the product can't do it. Prices are from the pricing page marked effective July 1, 2026. Their app-store listing still shows an older figure. If a row is out of date, tell us and we'll fix it.
What it costs
What you pay, and what your client pays.
Two numbers decide this: the sensor your client buys every month, and the platform fee you carry. Levels publishes both. Heads Up publishes its fee, with an onboarding charge on top, and leaves the sensor to you.
Levels Pro · published, flat
$99
a 30-day sensor supply, $89 on subscription. No prescription, no activation fee.
- The platform is $199 a month for one practitioner, or $99 with a $1,000 monthly credit commitment. Unlimited client activations either way.
- Credits are simple: 1 credit = $1, spent on CGMs and lab panels for your clients.
- Lab panels are $99 for 28 markers, $399 for 100+. The Levels app, normally $15 a month, is free for every client you invite.
- Every number here is published before you sign.
Heads Up · published, plus onboarding
$250
a month for 40 clients, after a required $1,000 onboarding fee. $6 per client beyond that.
- Premier is $1,000 a month for 100 clients with $3,500 onboarding. Enterprise onboarding starts at $7,000.
- Heads Up bills AI as you use it. Lab extraction averages 7 cents a page, agent actions 3 to 75 cents each.
- White label, SSO and API are Enterprise extras. A managed branded app is $5,000 to set up and $10,000 a month.
A 90-day program
The whole bill.
Three sensors at $99, a 28-marker panel at $99, the client app free. That's $396 of client-side supply, and you price the program at whatever it's worth. The platform fee doesn't move. $199 a month, $99 if you commit to credits, no onboarding fee, whether you enroll one client or eighty.
Being fair
Where Heads Up is the better call.
Three situations where we wouldn't recommend Levels Pro over Heads Up. Better you hear it here than four weeks in.
Your clients bring their own data.
Oura, Whoop, InBody, Keto-Mojo, a DUTCH test and ten years of PDFs. Heads Up reads all of it. We read Stelo, Dexcom, Apple Health and the documents you upload.
You want your name on the dashboard.
Heads Up does white label, custom domains, SSO and a partner API. Levels Pro is Levels-branded and has no public API.
You already source sensors and labs.
If your front desk has a CGM supplier and a Rupa account and you only need a place to see results, a dashboard is the right buy.
If one of those is you, start with Heads Up. Come back when you'd rather run a metabolic program than build one.
Switching
You can run both while you decide.
Nothing here asks you to switch anything off. Practices that end up moving usually leave data-heavy clients on their dashboard and enroll the next metabolic cohort with us.
- 01
Enroll one cohort
Put five clients on a 90-day Levels program. Everyone already connected in Heads Up stays exactly where they are.
- 02
Put the two views side by side
Compare what you can see at the follow-up. Aggregated data with threshold alerts, or glucose with meal scores, labs, sleep and an AI summary the client also sees.
- 03
Move only when the numbers say so
No export, no migration, no contract to break. Your chart of record never moves, because we never asked for it.
Questions we get
Four straight answers.
- Is Levels Pro a replacement for Heads Up Health?
- Only if what you want is a metabolic program rather than a data warehouse. Heads Up reads more sources. Levels Pro supplies the sensor and the panel, scores the meals, teaches the client and reports the outcome. If you built your practice on breadth of inputs, keep it.
- Do I need an EHR to run Levels Pro?
- No. Levels Pro isn't a system of record and doesn't try to become one. If you run Practice Better, Healthie or Cerbo, keep it. If you run nothing at all, nothing changes.
- Can I keep pricing my program the way I do now?
- Yes. Levels sells you CGM and lab credits at practice pricing. A 30-day sensor supply is $99, a 28-marker panel is $99, and we take no cut of what you charge a client.
- What does Heads Up cost all in?
- Their pricing page, effective July 2026, lists $250 a month for 40 clients plus a required $1,000 onboarding fee, and $6 per client after that. Premier is $1,000 a month with $3,500 onboarding. They bill AI per use. A branded mobile app is $10,000 a month. Levels Pro is $199 a month, or $99 with credits, with no onboarding fee.
