For functional medicine, longevity, nutrition, and GLP-1 practices
CGM and lab programs for your practice.
Levels Pro is the metabolic program layer for your practice. We supply the CGM, the labs, the app, the outcomes reporting, and the dashboard your team runs it from. You launch a continuous glucose and lab program without adding a system of record.

Who runs on Levels Pro
Leading practices run their metabolic programs on Levels Pro.
Dietitians, longevity clinics, functional medicine, acupuncture, aesthetics. None of them changed their system of record to start.

The gap
Nothing in your stack was built for you to provide proactive metabolic care.
Scheduling, charting, and billing tools do their jobs. None of them source sensors, fulfill labs, engage people between visits, or show whether care is working. Five gaps show up in every practice that tries.
- 01
No metabolic tracking layer
No reliable way to monitor metabolic health between visits or across a client population.
- 02
Disconnected tools
CGM, labs, meal logs, sleep, and activity live in separate places with no shared workflow.
- 03
Prep by hand
Someone has to read the logs, the labs, and the notes by hand before every review.
- 04
Delayed intervention
By the time anyone spots the pattern, the moment to change the behavior has passed.
- 05
No proof it worked
With no outcomes report, you cannot show the care worked, so it does not get renewed.
“I used to see one client a day. Now I can support multiple.”
“We used to offer the CGM as an add-on. We don’t do that anymore. It’s included in the whole package.”

The workflow
Every client review starts prepared.
Levels Pro pulls the last two weeks of food logs, glucose, labs, and notes into one view before you open the visit.
Pre-visit summaries
Glucose, lifestyle, and lab patterns, sorted before you open the chart.
Consultation talking points
What changed since last time, in the order worth raising.
Hours of prep down to minutes
Less time reading logs, more time deciding what to do next.
Questions answered in context
AI Coach answers follow-ups about the client record without leaving the workflow.
The evidence
Measured in the markers you already track.
Lifestyle change guided by real-time feedback moves the markers practices already track. Here is how far, among members who started outside range.

Set the target, run the program, see if it stuck.
Levels Pro does more than summarize what happened. It helps practices understand what to do next, guide the right actions, and manage follow-through over time.
Real-time visibility
See glucose, sleep, activity, and labs as they come in, instead of a lab panel every six months.
Recommendations and targets
Set client-specific nutrition and lifestyle goals where the data and care plan already live.
Programs and protocols
Enroll clients in a set program and change the guidance as their patterns change.
Cohorts and challenges
Run repeatable cohort-based experiences with built-in adherence tracking, accountability, and follow-up
The dashboard
See the whole panel, not one chart at a time.
Enabling practitioners to be proactive, not reactive. One roster shows who is enrolled, who is drifting, and who needs the next touch, sorted by the signal that matters instead of by appointment date.

Where the line sits
We are not replacing your EHR.
Levels Pro owns the metabolic program. Your system of record keeps everything it already does. If you don’t run one, nothing below changes.
Responsibility
Levels Pro
The program layer
Your system of record
Practice Better, Healthie, Cerbo
CGM sensors: sourcing, shipping, replacements
Lab panels: ordering, draw logistics, results
Client-facing app, food logging, and daily engagement
Continuous glucose, sleep, and activity data capture
Program outcomes reporting and biomarker change
Chart of record, clinical notes, and problem list
Scheduling, intake forms, and superbills
Insurance billing, claims, and coding
No migration, no data export, no switching cost. Keep whatever you already run, or run nothing at all, and add the metabolic program on top.
Questions practices ask
Straight answers before you get on a call.
If something here is still unclear, ask us. We would rather answer it now than in month three.
- Does Levels Pro replace my EHR?
- No. Levels Pro runs alongside whatever you already use, and works the same if you don't run an EHR at all. We supply the CGM, the labs, the app, and the outcomes reporting. Your existing system keeps the chart, the notes, the scheduling, and the billing. Nothing migrates and nothing gets exported.
- Do my clients need a prescription for the CGM?
- No. Levels Pro supplies the Dexcom Stelo, an over-the-counter glucose biosensor. Nobody writes a prescription, not your practice and not us. The Stelo app asks clients to confirm they're an intended user during setup. Stelo is not for people on insulin or with a history of problematic hypoglycemia.
- Do I pay for the CGM and labs, or does the client?
- Either. Your practice can buy credits and bill the client as part of a program, or the client can pay Levels directly. The platform fee is always billed to the practice, monthly.
- What's included in the platform fee vs. the credits?
- The platform fee covers the dashboard, practitioner seats, AI prep, programs, and outcomes reporting. Credits are a separate recurring purchase applied to CGM sensors and lab panels. A larger credit commitment lowers the platform fee.
- Is Levels Pro HIPAA compliant? Do you sign a BAA?
- Yes to both. Levels Pro is built to HIPAA requirements, and we sign a BAA with your practice before any client data moves.
- How many practitioner seats do I get?
- Levels Pro includes one practitioner seat. Levels Plus covers up to five. Groups larger than five are handled through an enterprise agreement.
- Can I use it alongside Practice Better, Healthie, or no EHR at all?
- Yes. That is the intended setup. Keep whatever you already run and add the metabolic program on top. Your charting, scheduling, and billing do not change.

Written for the practice, not for the search engine. Every one answers a question a clinic asked us first.
