Comparison · for practices of one to five practitioners
Levels Pro vs Healthie
Levels Pro is a comprehensive metabolic health platform for practices: glucose, labs, sleep, activity and food in one client record, summarized by AI. Sensors are $99, no prescription. Healthie is an EHR with insurance billing and a raw Dexcom feed. This page is about the gap between a feed and a program.

The short answer
Healthie runs the clinic. Levels Pro runs the metabolic program.
Healthie is an ONC-certified EHR with claims, scheduling, charting and a client app, and it can pull a Dexcom feed into a client's journal. That feed is 288 numbers a day in a metrics report. Levels Pro ships the sensor, scores every meal against the curve, trends the lab panel beside it and writes the session prep. Healthie stays your system of record. We don't want the job.
Levels Pro fits when
You sell a metabolic program
- You want a CGM on a client in 1 to 3 business days, with no prescription and no support ticket to switch it on.
- You want glucose interpreted meal by meal, with lab panels trended in the same view, not a metrics CSV.
- You bill cash pay, whether a 90-day program, a membership or per visit, and need biomarker change to show at renewal.
- You want the session prep done before you open the chart. Levels writes a 30-day summary for every client.
Healthie fits when
You need a system of record
- You bill insurance. Claim.MD, ERAs and CMS-1500s are built in, and that alone can decide it.
- Your lab work runs through Rupa, Fullscript or a Quest package and a flagged result is enough.
- A client already wears a Dexcom, and a glucose column in the journal answers your question.
- You're on Core or Essentials at $20 to $50 a month and a second platform fee doesn't fit yet.

What the platform costs you
What a sensor costs your client
Healthie entries come from gethealthie.com and its help center, read September 2026. They describe what Healthie publishes. Where they publish nothing we say "not published" rather than claim the product can't do it. Tier prices are for monthly billing. Annual billing takes 10% off. The Dexcom integration is documented as a data feed into the journal and a CSV report, and that's how we've described it. If a row is out of date, tell us and we'll fix it.
What it costs
What you pay, and what your client pays.
Two numbers decide this: the sensor your client buys every month, and the platform fee you carry. Levels publishes both. Healthie publishes its fee and sells no sensor, because it isn't that kind of product.
Levels Pro · published, flat
$99
a 30-day sensor supply, $89 on subscription. No prescription, no activation fee.
- The platform is $199 a month for one practitioner, or $99 with a $1,000 monthly credit commitment. Unlimited client activations either way.
- Credits are simple: 1 credit = $1, spent on CGMs and lab panels for your clients.
- Lab panels are $99 for 28 markers, $399 for 100+. The Levels app, normally $15 a month, is free for every client you invite.
- Every number here is published before you sign.
Healthie · published, per tier
$20
to $150 a month. $20 for 10 clients, $50 for 250, $130 for unlimited with Programs and lab packages, $150 for a group.
- Add-ons are metered. AI Scribe is $35 a month for 40 hours, e-prescribing $40 per clinician, Stripe 2.9% plus 30 cents.
- Ordering from your own Quest or LabCorp account is Enterprise only, and their help center says enrollment runs five months or more.
- There is nothing here for a sensor. A Dexcom the client already owns can feed in, and that's the whole line.
A 90-day program
The whole bill.
Three sensors at $99, a 28-marker panel at $99, the client app free. That's $396 of client-side supply, and you price the program at whatever it's worth. Healthie's fee doesn't change, and neither does ours. $199 a month, $99 if you commit to credits, sitting beside your $50 or $130 tier.
Being fair
Where Healthie is the better call.
Three situations where we wouldn't recommend adding Levels Pro to Healthie. Better you hear it here than four weeks in.
You're choosing an EHR.
Then this isn't the page. Healthie is ONC-certified, SOC 2 and HITRUST, with claims built in. Levels Pro doesn't chart, book or bill, and won't.
Insurance pays for the visit.
If your model is billed visits with Claim.MD and ERAs, Healthie's billing stack is the reason to be there. We add nothing to it.
A raw feed is enough.
If a client already wears a Dexcom and a glucose column in the journal answers your question, you don't need us yet.
If one of those is you, stay where you are. Come back when a client asks for a CGM program and you'd rather run it than assemble it.
Switching
You'll run both. Here's how.
Nothing here asks you to switch anything off. Healthie stays your chart of record and your billing. Levels Pro sits beside it for the clients you put on a program.
- 01
Enroll one cohort
Put five existing Healthie clients on a 90-day Levels program. Their chart, claims and bookings stay where they are.
- 02
Chart from the Levels view
Open the client in Levels before the visit and read the 30-day summary. Then write your note in Healthie as you always have. Nothing about your charting changes.
- 03
Move nothing
Nothing moves. Your chart, your claims and your consents stay in Healthie, because we never asked for them.
Questions we get
Four straight answers.
- Is Levels Pro a replacement for Healthie?
- No. Healthie is your EHR and billing, and we'd like it to stay that way. Levels Pro replaces the part Healthie doesn't have. Sensors shipped to clients, lab panels ordered and drawn, and glucose scored against food with labs trended beside it.
- Healthie already pulls Dexcom data. Isn't that the same?
- It pulls the numbers. Their help center describes 288 readings a day landing in the client's journal, plus a CSV metrics report. It works with a US Dexcom account the client already has, and support switches it on by email. There's no meal score, no time in range, no lab beside it and no sensor supply. That's the difference between a feed and a program.
- Can I keep pricing my program the way I do now?
- Yes. Levels sells you CGM and lab credits at practice pricing. A 30-day sensor supply is $99, a 28-marker panel is $99, and we take no cut of what you charge a client.
- Does Levels sync into Healthie?
- Not yet. There's no native integration in either direction. Practices export a client summary from Levels and attach it to the chart, or paste the AI session summary into the note. Healthie has an API, so it's possible. We won't promise a date we don't have.
