Comparison · for practices of one to five practitioners
Levels Pro vs Signos
Levels Pro is a comprehensive metabolic health platform for practices: glucose, labs, sleep, activity and food in one client record, summarized by AI. Sensors are $99, no prescription. Signos is a consumer weight-loss app on the same sensor, with a referral portal for practices.

The short answer
Signos sells weight loss to your client. Levels Pro runs the program with you.
Signos pairs a Stelo with an AI coach and a weight goal, then invites practices to refer patients through a portal. Signos handles fulfillment, onboarding and coaching, and shows you population trends. Levels Pro ships the same sensor plus lab panels to clients you invite, and puts every client's glucose, labs, food and sleep on your screen. Refer to one. Run the other.
Levels Pro fits when
The program is yours
- You want to see each client's glucose curve, food log and labs, not a population time-in-range chart.
- Your clients come for prediabetes, PCOS, longevity or GLP-1 support, and weight is one outcome among several.
- You want lab panels ordered, drawn at Quest and landing in the same chart as the sensor.
- You want a cheaper sensor. $99 for 30 days, $89 on subscription, against $169 to $299 a month.
Signos fits when
Referring out is the point
- Weight loss is the only goal and your client wants a consumer app built around it.
- You want to refer and step back. Signos does fulfillment, onboarding and coaching for you.
- You want to tell clients the app is FDA-cleared and has a published study behind it. Both are true.
- Your client wants compounded GLP-1 medication and a sensor from one vendor. Signos+ does both.

What the platform costs you
What a sensor costs your client
Signos entries come from signos.com, its help center and its FDA 510(k) letter, read September 2026. They describe what Signos publishes. Where they publish nothing we say "not published" rather than claim the product can't do it. Plan prices were shown at list and with a promo code the day we read them, so we quote list. The FDA clearance covers measuring and displaying glucose in adults not on insulin. It is not a finding on weight loss. If a row is out of date, tell us and we'll fix it.
What it costs
What you pay, and what your client pays.
Two numbers decide this: the sensor your client buys every month, and the platform fee you carry. Levels publishes both. Signos publishes the first. The second is free, because the client is theirs, not yours.
Levels Pro · published, flat
$99
a 30-day sensor supply, $89 on subscription. No prescription, no activation fee.
- The platform is $199 a month for one practitioner, or $99 with a $1,000 monthly credit commitment. Unlimited client activations either way.
- Credits are simple: 1 credit = $1, spent on CGMs and lab panels for your clients.
- Lab panels are $99 for 28 markers, $399 for 100+. The Levels app, normally $15 a month, is free for every client you invite.
- Every number here is published before you sign.
Signos · published, per member
$169
to $299 a month, depending on commitment. Two Stelo sensors, the app, dietitian chat through Nourish.
- A 6-month plan is $169 a month, billed and renewed in six-month blocks. One month at a time is $299.
- All sales are final. Early cancellation of a committed plan may carry a fee.
- The partner portal is free. What Signos pays or charges a referring practice isn't published.
A 90-day program
The whole bill.
Three sensors at $99, a 28-marker panel at $99, the client app free. That's $396 of client-side supply, and you price the program at whatever it's worth. The same 90 days on Signos is $597 on a 3-month plan, paid to Signos, with no lab panel and the client in their app rather than yours.
Being fair
Where Signos is the better call.
Three situations where we wouldn't recommend Levels Pro over Signos. Better you hear it here than four weeks in.
Weight loss is the whole offer.
Signos built one product for one goal and has a published cohort behind it. If your client's question is weight and nothing else, Signos built the app for exactly that question.
You want to refer and step back.
Signos handles fulfillment, onboarding and the coaching. If your practice doesn't want to run the program, a free portal with population trends is a fair deal.
The client wants medication from the same vendor.
Signos+ bundles compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide with the sensor through a partner prescriber. Levels doesn't prescribe anything.
If one of those is you, refer to Signos. Come back when you want labs beside the glucose and every client's data on your own screen.
Switching
You can run both while you decide.
Nothing here asks you to switch anything off. Clients already on a Signos plan can finish it. Enroll the next cohort with us and compare what you can see at the follow-up.
- 01
Enroll one cohort
Put five clients on a 90-day Levels program. Anyone mid-plan with Signos stays where they are.
- 02
Put the two views side by side
Open the Signos partner portal and the Levels dashboard before the same follow-up. Population time-in-range on one. This client's glucose, meals, sleep and lab panel on the other.
- 03
Move only when the numbers say so
No export, no migration, no contract to break. Your chart of record never moves, because we never asked for it.
Questions we get
Four straight answers.
- Is Levels Pro a replacement for Signos?
- Only if you want to run the program instead of referring it. Signos is a consumer weight-loss app with a portal for practices that send patients. Levels Pro is the dashboard, the sensors and the lab panels for a program under your name.
- Do I need an EHR to run Levels Pro?
- No. Levels Pro isn't a system of record and doesn't try to become one. If you run Practice Better, Healthie or Cerbo, keep it. If you run nothing at all, nothing changes.
- Can I keep pricing my program the way I do now?
- Yes. Levels sells you CGM and lab credits at practice pricing. A 30-day sensor supply is $99, a 28-marker panel is $99, and we take no cut of what you charge a client.
- Signos is FDA-cleared and has a study. Does Levels?
- Signos' clearance covers displaying glucose from a Stelo in adults not on insulin, the same sensor we ship. Its studies are company-authored, observational and limited to engaged users, with no control arm. Our outcomes data is observational too, with no control arm, from 62,236 consented members over 3.5 years. Among members who started out of range and retested, 81% improved HbA1c and 84% improved triglycerides. We publish the cohort sizes at levels.com/pro/outcomes.
