Brigid Titgemeier, MS, RDN, LD, IFNCP, a functional medicine dietitian, trained at the Cleveland Clinic and co-founded the nutrition department at the Cleveland Clinic’s Center for Functional Medicine under Dr. Mark Hyman. Brigid runs a virtual nutrition business where she and her team offer data-driven, personalized nutrition programs and coaching. She also teaches integrative and functional nutrition at Case Western Reserve University’s School of Medicine. Brigid earned a Master’s of Science in Public Health Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University, has a board certification in integrative and functional nutrition and completed the Institute for Functional Medicine’s advanced practitioner credentialing program.
