Metabolic Matcha



  • 3-4 ice cubes
  • 8-10oz of almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp of matcha powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 scoop collagen powder


  1. Blend with a milk frother in the glass.
  2. Add ice


  • Optional: Sonja likes adding a little PB fit to give it a hint of a peanut butter taste! I usually add 1 tablespoon.
