Green is Good Smoothie



Serving = 1 serving

  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 1/3 banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup nut milk of choice
  • 2 scoops protein powder


  1. Combine everything in a high-speed blender. Blend and enjoy!


  • If your blender is not high speed, blend the spinach and nut milk first. This will help prevent any large pieces of spinach.
  • You want a total of at least 25 grams of protein
  • If the protein powder is too sweet, I like 1 scoop flavored + 1 scoop unflavored (like collagen peptides)
  • If you are hungry in less than 4 hours, increase your protein and fat next time you make this smoothie
